This is a 1983 Honda Nighthawk 650 recovered at a police impound yard. It runs very well and it appears that everything works. The paint is faded on one side and the side cover on the right hand side does not match. The gear indicator on the dash is a little dim and the back brake sticks alittle bit, probably from sitting. The brake light is covered by red plastic and was not noticable till I was cleaning it. The front tire should be replaced, since it is bald. This wouls be an easy fix bike or ride it as is. The engine makes no strange noises and I would trust it to ride back and forth to work or where ever you go. Remeber this bike is 24 years old and is far from perfect, but basically a decent bike and an easy fix for some one slightly mechanically inclined. Bike is sold as is with no warranties or refunds. Auction is open for California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah residents only!!! If you bid and you you are not from these states I will remove your bid. Bike must be picked up within 4 days at the end of Auction. I will not ship this bike, but will deliver it to Fontana, California for a fee of $35 at a time and place set by me I usually get out there every three weeks or so during the week on a Wednesday or Thursday. Bike is sold with a bill of sale and paperwork from the impound yard to obtain clear title at a California DMV only.
