Terms Of Sale
It is our policy that we do not disclose the reserve price during the auction. The winning bidder must contact us no later than 2 business days after the end of auction prepared to make a $500 deposit to secure the transaction. We are not open Sunday or Monday. Payment must be received in full within 10 days of the close of the auction. Certified check, credit card and cash are accepted. We can assist with financing, but contact us before bidding. Winning bidders from Pennsylvania are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. There is a $65 document fee applied to all winning auctions. All sales are final and we reserve the right to end the auction early.
